What is Arogyadharma?

Arogyadharma is a specialized program designed for individuals with medical issues related to specific organ systems, such as the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, endocrine and reproductive system, digestive system, and nervous system. The program includes exercises and support for students to improve their physical and mental health, along with therapeutic knowledge to help students understand and practice correctly, finding a suitable workout method for themselves.

The Arogyadharma Yoga therapy program was created by Master Luu Nga, the founder of ATTA (International Yoga Therapy Science Master), with the goal of helping people understand and apply the basic principles of Yoga into their daily lives, enhancing their health, reducing stress, and preventing and supporting some medical conditions in a natural and effective way.

The Arogyadharma Yoga therapy program includes various courses, ranging from basic to advanced levels, designed for pregnant women or individuals with medical conditions requiring physical therapy support.
