Practicing Basic Yoga Class for Beginners and Maintaining Good Health

Practice exercise sequences at ATTA
  • Frequency of practice: Attend 3 to 6 sessions per week (the body needs to gradually and slowly acclimate, then maintain a regular practice).
  • Yogasana: The postures are shared gradually to make them easy to practice and not force the body to bend. The main purpose is to bring relaxation to the body.
  • Pranayama: Breathing techniques are integrated into each posture to achieve harmony between the body and breath. It helps clear the energy channels and facilitate air circulation.
  • Meditation: The class provides continuous guidance on the mind to help students increase focus during practice. In addition, meditation helps students escape negative energy and thoughts, leading to a better quality of life.

The training curriculum is developed by Ms. Luu Nga (Master of International Yoga Therapy) and the team of experienced teachers at ATTA with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Yoga Therapy, both domestically and internationally recognized. Therefore, we hope that our members will enthusiastically follow the training curriculum as instructed by our teachers to achieve the best results!

Hatha Yoga

These exercises focus on balancing the body’s Physical and Mental aspects. The Hatha series is the foundation of yoga, like the roots of a tree. In this class, students will understand the essence and roots of the postures.

Yoga Balance

These exercises strengthen the Physical and Mental Strength. The exercises are designed to help students find balance in their body and mind. After the practice, students develop high levels of concentration, patience, and learn to harmonize their own psyche (with the use of various equipment and methods coordinated by the teacher).

Yoga – Pranayama

This includes breathing techniques to enhance the Energy Body – from these breathing exercises, students will have a clear and alert state of mind. Unnecessary thoughts will be eliminated, balancing the Energy Body and Mind, helping life become more mindful (higher consciousness).

Sun Series

The Sun Salutation series is a long-standing sequence of classic yoga exercises. It is like a ritual connecting humans and cosmic energy (solar energy). It helps awaken a source of energy within the student to heal physical and mental injuries.

Yoga For Back

The spine is like the foundation of a house. These exercises will help repair the damage and deviations of the spine to bring balance, stability, and firmness to the body’s support. It helps reduce blockages throughout the body and generate vitality, providing strength to the body.
