MỘT PHƯƠNG PHÁP THIỀN MỚI TRONG YOGA, CHỈ CÓ TẠI ATTA – ” THIỀN CA”

Thiền ca là những bài hát có công năng nuôi dưỡng chánh niệm và làm lớn lên hạnh phúc cho người thực tập. Những bài hát nào khi hát lên ta cảm thấy thân tâm khỏe nhẹ, an lành và giúp ta trở về tiếp xúc với sự sống mầu nhiệm thì đều được gọi là thiền ca. Thiền ca là một sự cống hiến của Tăng thân Làng Mai cho quá trình hiện đại hóa đạo Bụt. Lời của thiền ca được lấy ra từ những kinh văn và các bài xướng tán hoặc là những thiền ngữ hay những lời thơ, ý tứ của các hành giả, ghi lại những kinh nghiệm và niềm an vui trong khi thực tập. Còn nhạc thì được diễn đạt bằng những giai điệu thanh thoát, vui tươi và giải thoát chứ không phải là thứ âm nhạc chứa nhiều chất ủy mị và hệ lụy mà người đời ưa sử dụng.

“Thơ và nhạc của Làng Mai không vương vấn những nét sầu khổ và đau thương hoặc chán chường. Trái lại, thơ nhạc ở đây lành mạnh cao vút và đầy chất liệu tâm linh”. Đó là lời nhận xét của nhạc sĩ Anh Việt khi được tiếp xúc với thiền ca Làng Mai. Và khi cảm nhận được điều đó, nhạc sĩ đã chuyển hóa rất nhiều. Chúng ta hãy nghe nhạc sĩ nói thêm: “suốt đời tôi, tôi đã sáng tác nhạc tình yêu và tranh đấu. Tiếp xúc được với gốc rễ tâm linh, từ mấy năm nay tôi đã bắt đầu sáng tác nhạc thiền. Thứ nhạc này đem lại cho tôi nhiều bình an, thảnh thơi và vững chãi…”

Sau mỗi cuối buổi tập tại Atta, giáo viên và cả lớp ngồi lại với nhau. Cùng hoan hỉ, tươi vui cất tiếng hát. Thiền ca giúp lan tỏa tình yêu thương rộng mở hơn. Hiểu được nỗi khổ niềm đau của mình và người bạn xung quanh mình. Tạo ra một không gian bình an , hạnh phúc sau mỗi buổi tập luyện.
